1. Service Description

BigMe Utilities ("we", "us", "our") provides a suite of online file conversion and utility tools accessible at utilities.bigmesoftwares.com. Tools include, but are not limited to, audio conversion, video conversion, PDF processing, image processing, and text utilities.

By using BigMe Utilities, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Pricing

Most tools are priced at $0.75 per use. Some tools are free (these are clearly marked). You pay only when you submit a file for processing — there are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges.

We may offer discount codes that reduce the price of a single use. Discount codes are non-transferable, single-use, and expire as stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Refund Policy

If your file conversion or processing fails and you were charged, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund:

  1. Email abovealltheselove@gmail.com
  2. Include your Transaction ID (format: TX-XXXXXX)
  3. Describe the issue you experienced

We will process refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are not available for successfully delivered files. If you accidentally paid for the wrong format or settings, we cannot offer a refund, but we encourage you to contact support — we will do our best to help.

4. Privacy & Data

We are committed to your privacy:

  • Files: Uploaded files are processed and then deleted immediately after download, or within a short time window. We do not read, analyse, or retain the contents of your files.
  • Payment data: Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We retain only a transaction record (Transaction ID, tool used, amount, date) for support and accounting purposes.
  • Personal data: We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email, or other personal information unless you voluntarily contact support.
  • Cookies: We use a session cookie for CSRF protection and processing flow. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BigMe Utilities to:

  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Process material that infringes on intellectual property rights you do not own or have permission to use
  • Process illegal content of any kind
  • Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or attack our systems
  • Abuse the service through excessive automated requests

We reserve the right to block access to any user or IP address that violates these terms without notice or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

BigMe Utilities is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question (i.e. $0.75 or less).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

You are responsible for maintaining a backup of any important files before uploading them for processing.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

BigMe Utilities is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Apple Inc. "App Store," "App Store Connect," "iPhone," and "iPad" are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

Screenshot dimension requirements for App Store Connect are defined solely by Apple Inc. and may change at any time without notice. BigMe Utilities makes no warranty that the dimensions applied by this tool reflect Apple's current requirements at the time of your use. Always verify the latest requirements directly in App Store Connect before submitting your app for review.

BigMe Utilities accepts no liability for app submissions rejected by Apple due to dimension, format, or any other requirement changes made by Apple after the date these dimensions were last updated in our system. Use of the App Store Screenshot Resizer tool constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of this limitation.
