Common Questions

My file was converted but I can't download it.

File download links are single-use and expire quickly. If you refresh or navigate away before downloading, the link expires. Email support with your Transaction ID and we'll help you get a refund or re-run the conversion.

I was charged but the conversion failed.

We automatically refund failed conversions within 5–7 business days. If you don't see the refund, email support with your Transaction ID.

Where is my discount code?

After each paid conversion, a discount code is shown on the success page. If you missed it, email support with your Transaction ID and we'll retrieve it for you.

Is my file stored on your servers?

No. Files are deleted immediately after download. We do not store your documents, audio, or video files beyond the processing window.
